East Williamson County Higher Education Bill From Chuck McCarter's office HB 2074 , our proposed bill to bring a Higher Education Center to East Williamson County (Texas A & M-Central Texas) will soon be going for passage to the House of Representatives. The next step will be for us to get the Bill passed by the Senate We need for you / your friends / your co-workers to write Senator Ogden and let him know that you value and support his efforts to bring a Higher Education Center to East Williamson County.
